Duties:
Patient Consultation-review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and reason for visit Consult with referring Physicians/Healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques to include exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications , take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued care Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes) Work cooperatively with the multidisciplinary team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program Active Physical Therapy license in IN Schedule:
Part time to Full time Salary (range):
$42-$50/hour Benefits:
