This position will provide care in a variety of settings, including Outpatient, Hospital Inpatient, SNF/LTC, ALF/ILF, and Home Health. This position would be guaranteed 32 hours per week but will generally work up to 40 hours.

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. They must have, or be eligible for, PTA licensing in Minnesota.
