• Communicate problems that may compromise patient care to appropriate departmental leadership.
• Ensure a safe, effective, and efficient patient care environment.
• Support staff development through partnership with clinical educator and informatics nurse.
• Participate in education, informatics, quality and patient safety, and professional development initiatives.
