Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous and timely assistance to employees and managers regarding payroll inquiries

Assist employees and managers with navigating payroll and timekeeping software

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution of reported issues

Complete employment verifications

Manage incoming mail, email and phone calls

Document employee interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions

Work closely with Human Resources team members on cross functional issues and requests to ensure the best possible employee experience

Assist with daily tasks and payroll processes as needed

Other duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Willingness/desire to learn

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $20.00/Hour - $22.74/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
