ABOUT THIS ROLE
We seek an experienced and driven Partner Marketing Manager to elevate our channel partner initiatives and contribute to LVT's ambitious growth strategy. This key role involves close collaboration with channel sales leadership and our expanding network of distributors, dealers, and resellers to design and implement impactful partner marketing strategies.
As the Partner Marketing Manager, you will serve as the vital link between LVT and its partners, fostering scalable success and ensuring our end customers achieve exceptional outcomes with our products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop & Execute Strategy:

Create and implement innovative partner marketing strategies, campaigns, and revenue-driving initiatives that amplify market awareness and profitable growth.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally:

Work closely with marketing, sales teams, and program management, both internally and as an extension to partners, to identify key segments and develop tailored, measurable, and repeatable campaigns that drive engagement and activation.
Build Exceptional Resources:

Work with brand and growth teams to deliver impactful, revenue-driving marketing assets- including webinars, newsletters, content, and case studies- to enable partners to effectively promoting LVT's products and services.
Foster Relationships:

Cultivate strong partnerships be ensuring partners have the tools, support, and resources they need to succeed.
Drive Exposure:

Seek out ad support opportunities for revenue-driving visibility, such as trade shows, roadshows, association memberships, and thought leadership events.
Measure Success:

Track and analyze the ROI of marketing campaigns, delivering actionable insights and reporting on key metrics like spend vs. revenue, MQL/SQL performance, and attributable revenue
