Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist will independently evaluate, determine treatment strategies, and deliver services to identify, prevent, remediate, and rehabilitate physical dysfunction. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, implementing patient care, and coordinating patient transitions.

Qualifications
Graduate of Physical Therapy Program from an accredited school
Active physical therapy license
CPR certification
