MRG Exams is seeking a part-time Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams on United States Veterans as part of the VA's SHA process.
The Optometrist will review medical health records through a secure Web Portal, conduct eye exams, and complete necessary forms through the Web Portal.
This position is not for making determinations or providing treatment, but rather for providing assessments.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be interested in serving Veterans, and be able to work 2-3 days per week.
Requirements include holding a current license as an Optometrist in the state where exams are performed, ability to perform Visual Field Testing (VFT), and meeting credentialing requirements set forth by the VA.
