POSITION

SUMMARY:

Sugarbush Resort is searching for a Front Desk Agent to work at our Health & Recreation Center, known as the SHaRC. The Front Desk Agent will greet members, resort guests, and general public. They will make sure customer service needs are met - including check-ins, appointment booking, membership sales, and retail sales using RTP. If one doesn't already have it, they must obtain a Department of Liquor Control certification to help with the new task of beverage sales. Part time positions available!

RESPONSIBILITIES


Working with all of our guests to ensure they have a good experience visiting our facility.
Checking guests into and out of the club, checking guests into appointments, and helping guests in any way needed.
Selling of products: massage, membership, climbing wall, sims, and retail items.
Assigned tasks, help with small maintenance projects (towels, emptying trash, keeping desk area & entryway clean and occasional aid with snow removal.)
QUALIFICATIONS


An out-going person with a high school education or equivalent.
Must be able to multi-task and effectively manage large queues of people.
Must be proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and learn our Point of Sales System.
Must be able to maintain an awareness of all Resort activities and be able to discuss these with guests.
Must become knowledgeable about all SHaRC products and be able to help match the correct offering with each guest's need.
Must be confident and able to enforce policies and procedures while at the same time delivering excellent customer service and appeasing clients in an appropriate way should an issue arise.
Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
