Schedule: 11pm-7am, Thursday and Friday. And every other weekend. About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to join our team. As an Assisted Living Certified Nurse Aide, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our residents. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse and assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Your primary goal will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Certified Nurse Aide license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with older adults

Responsibilities:

• Assist presidents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

Skills:

As a Certified Nurse Aide, you will utilize your active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills on a daily basis. You will also need to have strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, your ability to provide compassionate care and maintain a positive attitude will be essential to your success in this role.
