About You
Price & Price is seeking an experienced

Trusts & Estates Paralegal

to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate and probate law, capable of managing the probate process from start to finish. We're looking for someone with a client-focused approach, excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. You should take initiative and anticipate needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage case files, maintaining accurate records of correspondence, court documents, and financial records.
Prepare, review, and file probate court documents, including estate openings, accountings.
Communicate effectively with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and other involved parties.
Organize financial records, asset information, and creditor claims.
Coordinate with financial institutions, government agencies, and other entities to facilitate asset transfers and distributions.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience as a trusts and estates paralegal or similar role (preferred)
Proven ability to independently manage probate tasks and cases from initiation to completion
Experience with timekeeping and accurately tracking billable hours
A solid understanding of probate law and estate administration processes (preferred)
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and deadline-driven skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

Full-time position : 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 40 hours per week
Competitive salary : $52,000 - $58,000 per year
