Paralegal

A busy and well-established personal injury law office in Kalispell, Montana, is seeking a motivated and organized Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a team-player mindset, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, witnesses, and other stakeholders.
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
Analyze, interpret, and organize records, documents, and other case materials.
Manage multiple tasks, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Work independently and collaboratively to ensure timely and accurate case preparation.
Follow directions and maintain exceptional attention to detail in all work products.
Support attorneys and other team members with a wide variety of paralegal duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant is required.
Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills.
Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and manage competing deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in document preparation, legal research, and case management.
Workers' Compensation experience is a plus but not required.
