Painter 2nd Shift

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Painter (2nd Shift). The hourly rate for this position is $19.53 - $29.29 plus $1 shift differential. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

Perform industrial painting and powder coat painting processes on production materials in accordance to specifications.

Prepare material for painting operations by mixing coatings in proper quantities and viscosities; unpackages, cleans, moves, and jigs product as necessary.

Apply specified coating to products. Utilizes print specification and appropriate measuring tools to perform work accurately and assure quality.

Thoroughly clean all painting equipment as required to maintain in proper working order.

Perform routine preventative maintenance when required to ensure peak performance of all manufacturing equipment.

Move material as needed to complete responsibilities using material handling carts.

Ensure quality criteria are met by review of documents, consciences assembly and proper employment of quality verification checklist.

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum one year of experience in an industrial environment using either a powder paint system or a mixed wet-paint spray system.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future

No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate Williamsburg, VA area (50 miles) will be considered for this position
