Job Title: Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)

Experience: Minimum 2 years of previous inpatient PACU experience required
License: RN License
Certifications: PALS, ACLS

Must-Have:
• Experience in vasopressor and ventilator management
• Ability to handle ICU holds


• Provide nursing care in a 31-bed PACU environment, including 12 inpatient PACU beds, 11 outpatient phase I, and 8 outpatient phase II PACU beds
• Manage a diverse case load ranging from 20-40 cases per day, involving pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Cases include general, GYN, orthopedic, plastics, oncology, urology, spine, and interventional radiology
• Occasionally float to GI department to assist with recoveries
• Fulfill call requirement of 3 weekend shifts, either day or night, within a 6-week schedule
