We start our drivers at $25.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 shift differential. Overtime pay is available after 40 hours worked each week, with regular pay increases.

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Operate a tractor in and around the facility and on public roadways while handling various types of trailers
Conduct inspections of the tractor and yard truck prior to and following your shift
Navigating the tractor and trailer safely within designated zones of the facility
Uphold cleanliness in the assigned tractor/trailer and specified areas
Check trailers to ensure they are in good condition before moving
Assist with loading and unloading freight and supplies as needed
Adhere to all safety policies and best practices while working
Qualifications for Success at GXO:
You'll need at least:
6 months of CDL Class A driving experience
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 2 years
A valid CDL Class A and a clean driving record
Any necessary endorsements for Hazmat and Tanker, as required
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with various trailer types (tanks, vans, flatbeds)
