JOB SUMMARY

The Learning & Leadership Curriculum Development Manager will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of leadership and teammate curriculum, consulting for team engagement and development interventions, leadership assessment and assimilation, and facilitation of change management, and review and curation of current development programs to ensure linkage to organizational goals. Facilitates the development and implementation of talent management and continuous listening tools and metrics to drive organizational success. Partners with leaders at all levels of the organization including Operations, HR Business Partners and other key stakeholders and external partners to craft strategies that address the needs of the organization.

This role requires 4 days in office for up to 6 months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Designs and delivers leadership and teammate development content including core curriculum courses, onboarding, and foundational leadership courses for key organization positions.
Consults as the learning subject matter expert to analyze job tasks, work processes and learning needs of target audience to identify optimal instructional strategies with defined learning outcomes.
Facilitates learning experiences, and develops facilitator networks to expand training & coaching capabilities.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of programs, leveraging metrics and stakeholder insights to drive continuous improvement. Continuously align core processes with Schnucks' overall workforce strategy, values, culture and business needs, leveraging change management principles.
Analyze organizational talent, performance, and engagement data to recommend and guide team and leader action. Partner with teams to support targeted team development and interventions.
Administer development and selection assessments, coaching leaders in development insights, facilitating feedback and planning, and integrating insights into talent development processes.
Research trends and best practices in human resources, leadership development, talent acquisition, organizational development, and organizational behavior to support organizational goals.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
Other Requirements: Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Human Resources Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related discipline preferred.
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 to 5 years

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Knowledge
- Expert knowledge of adult learning and instructional design principles, including e-learning.
- Expert understanding of organization design, talent management and change management best practices, tools and methods - demonstrating a solid understanding of how people process and progress through change.
- Solid understanding of business concepts and strategic alignment along with a pragmatic approach to achieving results.
- Big picture thinking to analyze, review and recommend organizational improvements with ability to influence decisions and outcomes.

Skills & Abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and oral/written/presentation skills adaptable to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrated planning and coordinating skills to manage multiple projects and stakeholders consecutively.
- Proven facilitation, consultation skills and experience delivering training/presentations to various groups of stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within a collaborative, team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making; systems thinking skills.
- Executive presence and influencing skills demonstrated by experience building relationships with senior HR and business leaders.
- Ability to understand business or project and build credibility quickly.
- Ability to manage large-scale organizational change management processes with hands-on delivery to shift mindset, behaviors, and achieve results.
- Experience leading and influencing change and organizational design/development work within large projects with practical approaches.
- Experience designing and leading complex human resource initiatives.
- Workday experience desired.
- Skilled in operation of a personal computer, including Google Suite of products.
