As a Behavioral Health Counselor, you will provide individual virtual therapy through our cutting-edge Telehealth platform.
In this role, you will operate independently while having continuous access to your clinical support team.
Our Clinical Operations team manages all billing, patient scheduling, and onboarding processes, enabling you to concentrate on delivering exceptional care and documenting visits.
By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will guide clients through their mental health journeys, creating comprehensive treatment plans and facilitating the support they need.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments for patients via video-based interactions.
Provide virtual counseling, psychotherapy, and comprehensive mental health evaluations while gathering relevant patient medical data, including health history and mental status examination findings.
Design and implement behavioral health treatment plans, assess outcomes from mental health evaluations, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic support.
Accurately collect, record, and safeguard sensitive patient information, such as examination results and medical histories.
Demonstrate a deep passion for our mission of enhancing global health through compassionate care and innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

Active Pennsylvania License as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or a related credential.
A minimum of 3 years of unsupervised/post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
Master's degree from an accredited institution.

The compensation for this independent contractor role is $61.25 per visit hour.
Compensation specifics will be discussed during the hiring process.
