ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level Communications Analyst to join our team. As a Mid-Level Communications Analyst at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing communication strategies to effectively convey our mission and vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Conducting research and analysis to identify communication needs and develop targeted strategies.
Creating clear and engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, blog posts, social media, and internal communications.
Assisting in the development and execution of communication campaigns and events.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for communication initiatives.
Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of communication activities and making recommendations for improvement.
Managing relationships with external vendors and partners to support communication objectives.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communication and applying them to enhance our communication strategies.
Assisting in the coordination of media relations activities, including drafting press releases and maintaining media contact lists.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and clear content.
Experience in developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns.
Proficiency in using various communication tools and platforms, including social media management tools and content management systems.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Knowledge of government contracting or related industry is preferred.
