POSITION: Operations Specialist
FULLTIME: 12/30/24 - 12/29/25
LOCATION: Scranton, PA
SCHEDULE:

M-F 10am-7pm
PAY RANGE: $19.77
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Operations Specialist Role - Responsible for the day-to-day processing and releasing of electronic payment instructions. Functions include administering defined procedures, analysis and exception processing. May assist in designing, documenting, implementing, and monitoring of new products/services. Provides guidance to associates within own unit regarding procedural, technical and/or operational changes. Will involve the processing of USD, FX, and Same Day Return processing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keyboard skills required
• Good team player, enthusiastic, flexible and committed
• Ability to prioritize, use own initiative and be flexible
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and navigate change and prioritize daily
• Proactive approach to problem resolution
• Able to work weekends and overtime when needed
Desired Skills:
Previous Wire experience
Financial industry experience
Accounting experience
Data entry experience
WORKING CONDITIONS:
May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
The ability to lift up to 30lbs
Use of computers and technology
