Overview:We are looking for a Statewide Travel Nurse Practitioner to join our Advanced Illness Management team. This position will directly report to the AVP of Advanced Illness Management (AIM) and is responsible for facilitating and providing advanced illness management and palliative care services to Empatia patients.
