Physical requirements

Must need to be able to work of the floor. All units are 3 feet high from floor.
Need to be able to go down on the floor and back up throughout the cleaning process.
Have to push heavy carts to cleaning locations.
Able to work a steady overnight shift.

Skills Needed

Operate a grinder to cut metal pans.
Using flare tool for cooper fittings.
Soldering is required to install new cooper pipe.
Able to learn the process of rebuilding valves that operate the individual units.
Able to keep good records to keep track of all that is done every day.

Job Details

Monday through Friday 10:00pm to 6:00am.
While on the job must take union classes to receive an Operating Engineers License.
