We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, POM Product Owner II to join our Asset servicing team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA -HYBRID (3 Days a week onsite).

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Collaborate with the Product Owner, Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather and develop story level requirements in JIRA that allows the Development Team to deliver consistent level of high-quality code.
Act as a central point between the Product Owner and Development Team
Act as a central point to manage defects.
Required to participate in all agile /sprint activities (planning, backlog refinement, retrospective, standups, and design)
Create and Maintain Story level functional, non-functional requirements and Acceptance Criteria in JIRA (excluding technical tasks)
Write and elaborate stories to align with definition of 'Ready for Development' whilst also ensuring alignment to the operating model/ data models:
- Augment stories with additional materials as required, including wireframes, flow diagrams etc.
- Write stories that are granular to achieve 4-week sprint.
- Ensure story addresses problem statement and achieves business outcome.
- Write Acceptance Criteria in Gherkin language, ready to be used in automated testing as required.
- Validate stories with cross functional stakeholders, including Product Owner, Business, SMEs, and End Users to gather requirements and desired outcomes.
Write outcomes and Acceptance Criteria (as captured under requirements) including negative tests, ready to be used in creation of test scripts.
Review test cases with testers to ensure test results meet expected outcomes as defined in acceptance criteria.
Prepare and circulate release notes, as a part of operational readiness
Support other Ops readiness activities as delegated by Product Owner

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

5-7 years of total work experience in Project / Product delivery (Agile delivery preferred).
Relevant market / industry certifications - e.g., AAC, CCBA, CBAP
Technical skills
- Agile methodology
- Project Management using JIRA & Confluence
- Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Business Analytics using Microsoft Power BI & Tableau
- Business acumen / knowledge of:
Asset Servicing: good understanding of asset servicing business.
Custody Product Knowledge, specifically:
Portfolio Services, i.e. Corporate Action, Income, Proxy and Class Action products
Tax knowledge
Trade and Settlement lifecycle including Instruction Capture
Securities Financing Transactions
Custody Data architecture
