As a Manager in Training with the European Wax Center, you're more than a leader - you're a catalyst for consistency, a mentor, and a visionary. Your role is about helping cultivate a high-performing center that exceeds guest relationships and embodies EWC brand's standards.
During the course of this training, we will use our Award Winning training to help you grow, learn and elevate within the organization. Our Managers in Training will have to be within their role for at least 12 months, ability to level up will depend on availability of position and willingness to relocate. Our centers are located in Western PA and Eastern OH.
