Key Responsibilities:

Lead an experienced high-performance team of Account Managers & Sales Assistants supporting our regional customers in the dietary supplements, medical nutrition, early life nutrition, nutrition improvement and pharmaceutical segments
Establish sales objectives and develop annual sales targets for regions and territories
Grow the opportunity pipeline with current and new customer base
Focus on customer needs and drive the success of the team

This position is eligible for the dsm-firmenich Hybrid Working model, spending 2 days per week in office and the balance of the work week in a home office that is commutable by car to Princeton, NJ.

You Bring:

Minimum 10 years-experience with sales, product management and/or marketing experience required with nutritional ingredients experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of sales leadership required
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large number of people in a diversity of locations
Strong organizational skills with success in business development and sales growth
Ability to mentor and coach people
Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus
