Allied Resources is looking for a
Superintendent
for an exciting full-time opportunity with an award-winning energy company in the Greater Philadelphia area. This position provides an excellent compensation, bonus potential, and benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and more!
A Day in the Life:
Completing retrofit construction project on historic and other federal buildings.
Site supervision of all assigned project construction activities.
Ensuring the worksite is safe and supervised in an effective and efficient manner.
Maintain daily communication and direct the activities of subcontractors and sub-trades.
Manage subcontractors and coordinating day-to-day production and schedule adherence on the project.
The Wish List:
MEP experience on heavy commercial jobs, preferably federal worksite experience.
10+ years in lighting, mechanical, and electrical construction, 5+ years as a superintendent on similar projects
Must know EM 385-1-1, have safety compliance experience, and current OSHA 30-hour safety certificate.
