News & World, is seeking an associate with a minimum of 4 years of defense litigation experience to join its Consumer Financial Services Group.
Experience in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling.
The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.
Qualifications:
JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
Admission to multiple bars a plus.
Federal and State Court experience.
Experience on the defense side of consumer financial services.
Experience in developing strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus.
Excellent academic credentials.
Strong writing, research, and communications skills.
Must be organized and have the ability to work independently.
