What You'll Be Doing:

Calendar Maestro: Keep the executive's schedule on point by managing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Meeting Prep Wizard: Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports to ensure every meeting is a home run.

Communications Guru: Draft emails, memos, and correspondence, and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Pro: Juggle special projects like a champ, ensuring deadlines are met and goals are achieved.

Confidentiality Champion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion-because trust is everything.

File Whisperer: Organize and maintain files and documentation, keeping everything easy to find and beautifully arranged.

What You Bring to the Table:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.

Proven experience as an executive assistant (bonus points if you've worked in a corporate environment).

Exceptional organizational skills and eagle-eyed attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other handy tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills-you're the kind of person who can craft a perfect email or nail a presentation.

A knack for prioritizing tasks and managing time like a pro.

Problem-solving skills that would make MacGyver proud.

Ability to work independently while being a team player.
