As a new Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Locust Grove Retirement Village, you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine that centers around our residents' needs.
Your day will begin with preparing for your shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, including weekends, ensuring you are ready to make a difference in the lives of those you serve.
You'll assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, fostering connections that nurture trust and compassion.
Monitoring their vital signs, reporting changes, and helping with mobility are essential duties, allowing you to act promptly when care needs arise.
You'll collaborate with a dedicated team, participating in hands-on training that develops your skills in a supportive environment.
Expect to engage with residents through meaningful activities, enriching their lives while honing your expertise in our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
