Our client is looking to hire a Shipping Clerk to join their team in Langhorne, PA Must Haves:
-3-5 years + as a shipping clerk/warehouse worker or similar role -Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and shipping software -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment Job Duties:
-Process and package orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure all necessary shipping documents are prepared and attached to each package.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with various departments, such as sales, production, and customer service, to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.
• Communicate with customers and external vendors regarding order status and shipment tracking information.
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments in compliance with company policies.
• Inspect and report on any signs of damage or discrepancies in shipment materials.
• Operate heavy machinery, such as a forklift, to move large and heavy inventory.
