We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Transport Specialist to join our team.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $30 per hour.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with fellow EMTs and management to deliver top-tier patient care.
They will be flexible and able to work varied shifts, including days and nights, as emergency services operate on a 24-hour clock.
The ideal candidate will be up-to-date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses, and all certifications, licenses, and registrations.

The responsibilities of this role include:

Collaborating with fellow EMTs and management to assure top-tier patient care
Being flexible and able to work varied shifts, including days and nights
Remaining up-to-date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses, and all certifications, licenses, and registrations
Conducting yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public
Recognizing and treating any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols
Providing top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures
Operating and driving the ambulance in accordance with safety policies and laws, showing due regard for all applicable State and Regional Regulations (DMV & DOH)
Maintaining rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of your space
Gathering patient billing information and appropriate billing signatures
Preparing and submitting a pre-hospital patient care report
Responding promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center

To be eligible for this position, applicants must have a PA EMT State Certification (minimum), a Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record (must have had driver's license for a minimum of 2 years), and a Valid CPR Card for the Health Care Provider.
Additionally, candidates must be able to lift, push, and pull 125 lbs or more.
Please note that meeting the Power Shift Program requirements is also essential for qualification and retention in the program.
