Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of goods across various locations, ensuring on-time deliveries and customer satisfaction. You will drive a Class A commercial vehicle, transporting goods, materials, and products over long and short distances.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport goods and materials to designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
Ensure all load and trip documentation is accurate and complete.
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations for commercial motor vehicles (CMVs).
Safely load and unload cargo IF necessary, securing loads in compliance with safety standards.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers, providing updates on route changes or delays.
Follow company policies and procedures for driving and safety standards.
Perform basic truck maintenance and report any vehicle issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical examination.
Strong knowledge of federal and state CMV regulations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physical ability to load and unload cargo and perform basic vehicle inspections.
Working Conditions:
Long hours on the road with the possibility of overnight trips.
Exposure to various weather conditions and road hazards.
Required to adhere to safety protocols and wear protective equipment as needed.

• We pay drivers solo drivers $0.50-$0.60 cents OR 25%-30% of weekly gross
• We pay team drivers $0.65 cents OR 35%-37% of weekly gross
• Owner operations we only charge 12% company fee for broker loads OR 10% company fee for amazon loads
• We work with all brokers and run dry van loads as well as Amazon freight
• Great Volvo/Freightliner sleeper cabs ready to go low mileage, APUs fridge and microwaves all included!
