Descripcin genrica del puesto

Este puesto administra los recursos del 1er turno dirigidos al plan de produccin que respalda la demanda de nuestros clientes. Este puesto supervisa todos los aspectos del negocio, la produccin y los recursos de apoyo, como recursos humanos, calidad, materiales, mantenimiento, seguridad e ingeniera. El objetivo principal es generar resultados, de manera eficiente y con un alto nivel de calidad.

Responsabilidades:

Responsable de conocer lo requerimientos de produccin y lograrlos con los niveles de calidad eficiencia y tiempos requeridos

Responsable de alcanzar los indices de productividad planeados.

Responsable del seguimiento y cumplimiento de los procedimientos y politicas de la compaa.

Proveer liderazgo en 1er Turno para obtener resultados. (5S+1, One pc flow, Kan Ban, Seguridad, mejora continua y calidad.

Supervisar a personal a su cargo de mantener buen ambiente de trabajo y seguridad en el mismo.

Mantener en buen estado la maquinaria y equipo asignado a su rea.

Proveer soporte a los departamentos que lo requieran, Materiales, Calidad, Finanzas, Ingeniera, R.H, etc.

Responsable de que todo el personal este debidamente entrenado y certificado tanto en la operacin propia del empleado, as como en la operacin posterior a la propia (one up, one down).
Cumplir con mejores practicas en EHS, ISO 9015, manejo de materiales, y retencion de nuestros empleados.

Cumplir con poltica y normatividad en materia de seguridad establecida en la empresa

Responsable del control de medibles KPI's.

Responsable del scrap.

Autoridad:

Autoridad para tomar decisiones sobre un anlisis a beneficio al logro de los objetivos.

Ejercer disciplina entre los miembros del equipo de trabajo

Requerimientos bsicos:

Carrera terminada (ingeniera o afn).

Experiencia en posicin similar 5 aos en industria electrnica.

Liderazgo efectivo.

Orientacin al servicio al cliente.

Comunicarse asertivamente.

Manejo y solucin de conflictos.

Habilidad para trabajar bajo presin.

Autodirigido.

Proactivo.

Conocimientos de manufactura esbelta.

Trabajo en equipo.

Conocimientos en ISO 9000.

Alto sentido de responsabilidad.

Conocimiento del idioma ingls.

Requerimientos Deseables:

Experiencia en la industria electrnica.

Conocimiento y manejo del IPC-A-610.
