JOB DESCRIPTION:
Interested in applying your wealth of technical knowledge and experience towards an opportunity in the medical field and improving the lives of people with diabetes? The candidate will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering big data initiatives and programs. The role will also contribute to defining and implementing Big Data Strategy for the organization along with driving the implementation of IT solutions for the business. The candidate will be working on a big data team to focus on applying data engineering, data science and machine learning approaches to solve business problems.
As a Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our data-driven strategies and contributing to the success of our Big Data initiatives at ADC. You will be responsible for driving the cross-functional big data programs and advanced data science solutions to uncover customer, product and operational insights from complex datasets. You will assist with the strategy, design, prioritization, roadmap management and defining and delivery of releases.
The ideal candidate should have rigorous analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset to help solve our most complex business problems. Highly sought-after qualities include versatility and a desire to continuously learn, improve and empower the team. Candidate should be able to work on a geographically distributed team.
