SHIFT:
Monday-Friday, 1 st Shift. 38 hour work week during non-busy season with the option for summer hours.
We are looking for a Tax Manager to join our expanding team. Our firm is renowned for delivering top-notch tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and offering specialized support to clients in the real estate, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Undertake in-depth tax research.
Oversee and manage client portfolios effectively.
Oversee and prepare tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, and Individuals.
Conduct thorough reviews of financial documents and specific client information prepared by clients.
Engage in meaningful correspondence with clients to gather information, offer counsel, and set clear expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in accounting.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification, complemented by experience in public accounting.
Experience in conducting tax research.
3-8+ years in tax preparation and review.
An individual who is adept at juggling multiple tasks, can work independently, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to communicate with clients and address their needs promptly.
