We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our fulfillment operations, you will be responsible for accurately processing and packing customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting daily performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices.
Ensure products are correctly labeled and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Track and report inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of items.
Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly productivity goals.
Assist with unloading and receiving incoming shipments and replenishing stock as needed.
Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
Follow company procedures for handling hazardous materials or special products, if applicable.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
Basic computer skills or familiarity with inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift and move items up to [50 lbs/weight requirement].
Capable of working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with effective communication skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
