Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of commercial HVAC projects from inception to completion, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as required to ensure timely completion and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain exceptional project execution.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and implement timely solutions.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project duration.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the HVAC industry, particularly with commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Superior interpersonal and communication abilities to foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and vendors.
