Owners Technical Representative

We have partnered with an Engineering Consulting Firm in the Indianapolis, IN area to provide them with a Owners Technical Representative. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized must haves for the Owners Technical Representative:
• 1. B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or other design or construction related project management field of study, from an accredited college
• 2. 10+ years of project management experience in a professional environment
• 3. Experience with hotel development is mandatory
• 4. Microsoft Office Suite with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Requirements for the Owners Technical Representative:
Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership abilities and decisive decision-making skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Knowledge of processes required to apply for and secure relevant construction permits and licenses.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong documentation capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, while contributing effectively in a collaborative team setting.
Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field in design or construction project management from an accredited institution.
Over 10 years of project management experience in a professional setting.
Mandatory experience in hotel development projects.
Other Key Requirements:

100% on site
No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
