We are currently looking for an Orthodontic Specialist to enhance our growing team. In this role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering excellent dental care while creating memorable experiences for children and adults alike. • Work with children, who make up over 70% of our patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Orthodontic Specialist, you will provide top-notch orthodontic services with the support of a dedicated team, which includes:

• Utilizing DentaPro software for efficient practice management.
• Access to digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Working with fiber-optic handpieces.
• Receiving ongoing OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
• Enjoying a supportive staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Working with a diverse patient base primarily aged 3-21, with up to 30% adult patients.
• Managing office flow with an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients.
• Offering services that accept state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mixes.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a DDS/DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Completed residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program.
• Have a current, valid dental license for practice in your state or be eligible for licensure.
• Additional certifications as required, e.g., CPR.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (available in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
• Demonstrate compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
