At Mt Hood Meadows we believe in upholding the highest standards in team and guest services. As a Shuttle Driver, you provide an enriching shuttling experience for our team and guests; transporting them to and from parking lots, as well as supporting other team members by transporting them to and from the mountain. This position interacts with guests in a friendly and helpful way while ensuring safe transport around the resort.

Must be 19 years of age or older for company insurance purposes
Ability to perform work in adverse winter weather conditions
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable interacting with the public using verbal communication
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the ski and snowboard season
Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience operating passenger shuttles
Previous experience operating vehicles in winter conditions
Compensation: $21.00 Hourly Base starting wage will be altered to commensurate additional certifications, licensures, and experience.
