to join our established family practice in Addison, NY part-time. We are looking for an exceptional candidate that prioritizes patient care to drive practice growth. Our ideal candidate has a compassionate and confident bedside manner as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

98% Fee for service
Part-time - flexible days/hours
Fully digital, upgraded technology (iTero, CEREC, Schick digital X-rays, Cone Beam, Overjet, etc.)
Active patient base: 5,000
Average new patients/month: 60

Compensation

$1000 - $1500 per hour, commensurate with experience
Strong minimum guarantee and % of collections
Malpractice insurance
Qualifications and Skills

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with active license in the state of New York, in good standing.
Completion of a residency program in Oral Surgery or Periodontics.
At least 3-5 years of clinical experience.
Ability to examine, diagnose, and treat patients.
Periodontics: Highly proficient in aspects of Periodontics, including, but not limited to, implants, scaling and root planing, grafting, etc.
Oral Surgery: Highly skilled in extractions, bone and tissue grafting, implant procedures, etc.
Desire and willingness to continue to learn and improve.
Willingness to be in-network as needed.
