Optometrist

Join our team as an Optometrist and play a pivotal role in enhancing the vision and overall eye health of our patients. You will have the opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a supportive and patient-focused environment, driving exceptional care and building lasting patient relationships. This position is 5 days a week, with time spent at 3 of our locations in Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale.

Own:

Deliver high-quality eye care by performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating ocular diseases, and prescribing corrective lenses. Ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction through personalized care and attention to detail.
Teach:

Educate patients on preventive eye care practices and the importance of maintaining healthy vision. Share knowledge with team members to improve overall practice performance.
Learn:

Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and continuously enhance clinical skills. Actively seek feedback and incorporate it into practice to improve patient outcomes.
Improve:

Assist with implementing new treatment methods and technologies to enhance patient care. Contribute to the continuous improvement of practice protocols and patient care standards.

Our team structure includes experienced optometrists, opticians, and support staff who collaborate to deliver comprehensive vision care. Qualifications

Doctor of Optometry (O. D. ) degree
Valid state license to practice optometry
Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
Customer-service orientation with excellent people skills
