Job Title: Full-Time Contract, Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)-Marion, AR

We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team for a Full-Time Contract opportunity in home health. This position requires a dedicated professional with at least one year of agency home health experience and proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to patients in their home setting
Complete accurate and timely documentation using Oasis and Homecare Homebase
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Typically on-call one weekend per month
Compensation:
Mileage reimbursement at $0.48 per visit
Hourly rate is negotiable with client based on experience and territory budget
