Salary and Benefits:
$50,000 - $60,000
The Tulsa Local News Initiative (TLNI) is currently a fiscally sponsored project of the American Journalism Project.
At the end of the fiscal sponsorship period, your employment will transition to TLNI, with your base compensation remaining consistent.
Benefits may change depending on provider availability, but your team will provide advance notice of any updates.
Full-time staff currently receive comprehensive benefits through Justworks, including 100% premium coverage for individual medical, dental, and vision plans and will cover half of the remaining premium (after applying the individual premium amount) for those who select family plans.
Employees selecting a high-deductible health plan receive a $20 monthly HSA contribution.
Plan details are available on the Justworks portal.
All full-time employees receive a TLNI laptop to support remote work, with the responsibility to maintain and assess it for replacement as needed.
Employees receive 15 days of paid time off annually, which accrues throughout the year.
Accrued PTO will carry over during the transition from AJP to TLNI, which will establish its own PTO policies after fiscal sponsorship.
Current policies are subject to change as the organization changes fiscal sponsorship.
