About the Role

As a Commercial Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. You will play a pivotal role in managing project teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and communicating with clients to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee daily field operations on commercial construction sites, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate project crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality craftsmanship.
Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and maintain construction schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
Client Communication: Act as the primary on-site representative, providing regular updates and addressing client concerns.
Problem Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (5+ years preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Willingness to relocate to Montana (relocation assistance available).
