You Have:

10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry
Experience with flight controls system engineering in support of aircraft subsystem requirement definition, development, integration, and testing
Experience performing requirements development and verification methods, including review of requirement documents, Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), test and evaluation, and airworthiness certification for flight systems
Experience performing fault analysis either on-aircraft or backshop, and leading technical discussions for aircraft flight control system, subsystems, and line replacement units
Ability to troubleshoot and identify risks and opportunities for an aircraft modification program
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in EE, Mechanical Engineering, AE, or Aeronautical Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience with System Safety and Risk Management
Experience with MIL-STD-516C
Experience recommending corrective action when necessary
Experience with engineering review and analysis contractor proposals and technical documentation in support of the DoD aircraft and subsystems
Knowledge of aircraft systems and subsystems to identify and assess form, fit, and function capabilities
Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
Top Secret clearance
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD).
The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
