Studium der Sozialen Arbeit und/oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Beratung und/oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung als Sozialarbeiter
• in/ Berater
Fachwissen im Asyl- und Fremdenrecht und dem Wiener Grundversorgungsgesetz wünschenswert
Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Krisenintervention und Stabilisierung
Fremdsprachkenntnisse von Vorteil (Arabisch, Dari/Farsi)
Ihr Arbeitsalltag:
Im Zentrum Ihrer Arbeit in unserem Beratungszentrum AKOMPANO stehen Information, Beratung und Begleitung von geflüchteten Personen im Rahmen der Grundversorgung. Sie unterstützen sie dabei mobil und aufsuchend im Umfeld des Bildungsangebots „Integration ab Tag 1' an den Standorten der Volkshochschule Wien. Ihren inhaltlichen Schwerpunkt legen Sie auf die Sozialberatung. So beraten Sie psychosozial, aber auch fachkundig zu den Themen der materiellen Grundsicherung, rund um asyl- und fremdenrechtliche Verfahren, Beschäftigung, Wohnen, psychische und physische Gesundheit und Sexualität. Sie sind reflektiert und kennen sich mit Case Management, transkulturellen Themen, Genderfragen und Rassismus aus. Erfahren wie Sie sind bewahren Sie in Krisen- oder Konfliktsituationen einen kühlen Kopf und wissen zu vermitteln. Als mobile Sozialarbeiter
• in sind Sie die Schnittstelle zu den Wiener Volkshochschulen und fördern inhaltlich und fachlich die teamübergreifende Soziale Arbeit. Auch wenn Sie sehr selbständig arbeiten, schätzen Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit Teamkolleg
