About the Role
We are hiring a talented Graphic Designer to join our clients team. This role focuses on designing and enhancing the visual appeal and functionality of websites and web pages. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting engaging user interface features, developing animations, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Your creativity and technical expertise will help bring innovative ideas to life while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align designs with the projects vision.
Key Responsibilities
Web and Interface Design
Design and develop visually appealing websites and web pages that enhance user engagement.
Create intuitive user interface (UI) features that align with best practices in user experience (UX).
Optimize designs for responsiveness and compatibility across various devices and browsers.
Animation and Special Effects Develop and implement dynamic animations and special effects to elevate web experiences.
Ensure smooth integration of visual elements while maintaining usability and functionality.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal teams and external clients to understand design requirements and project objectives.
Provide design recommendations and prototypes to improve the look and feel of applications.
Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to align with client expectations and project goals.
Quality Assurance and Refinement Review designs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and project specifications.
Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments to improve user experience.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques to deliver cutting-edge designs.
Qualifications and Skills
Education Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field.
Experience Proven experience in graphic or web design, including creating UI/UX features and animations.
Strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and creative work.
Technical Skills Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma.
Experience with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
Familiarity with animation tools and frameworks (e.g., After Effects, CSS animations).
Soft Skills Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
