Online solliciteren:

Na het versturen van je sollicitatie ontvang je een automatische bevestiging per mail.
CV en motivatiebrief selectie:
op basis van je CV en motivatiebrief bepalen we of er voldoende aansluiting is om je uit te nodigen voor een eerste gesprek.
Als we je niet uitnodigen ontvang je per mail een afwijzing.
We streven er naar om je binnen 2 weken een eerste terugkoppeling te geven.
Sollicitatiegesprek:
afhankelijk van de functie doorloop je 1 of 2 sollicitatiegesprekken.
Deze gesprekken zijn vaak met een toekomstig leidinggevende, recruiter en/of collega's van de afdeling.
Assessments:
voor sommige functies maken wij gebruik van assessments.
Dit kan bijvoorbeeld een capaciteitentest of een ontwikkel assessments zijn.
Screening:
om de patiëntveiligheid te kunnen waarborgen, de kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening hoog te houden en om te voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving maakt (Pre) Employment Screening onderdeel uit van ons aannameproces.
Zo is het overleggen van een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag verplicht.

Indiensttreding:
zijn zowel jij als de leidinggevende enthousiast dan volgt een aanbod arbeidsvoorwaarden.
Dit aanbod ontvang je per mail van de afdeling HR.
Wat zijn de arbeidsvoorwaarden voor AVL-medewerkers? CAO ziekenhuizen en AMS regeling
Bijna alle medewerkers die bij het AVL in dienst zijn vallen onder de collectieve arbeidsovereenkomst ziekenhuizen (CAO ziekenhuizen).
De voorwaarden die in deze CAO staan, zijn op jouw contract van toepassing en dit geldt ook voor de inschaling.
Wat zijn mijn ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden? In het Antoni van Leeuwenhoek bieden we volop ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
Je kunt naast je werk op de OK jouw kennis en kunde inzetten bij projecten waar naast directe patiëntenzorg ook tijd besteed wordt aan.
Bijvoorbeeld met een rol in de commissie veilig incidenten melden, ergo, protocollen.
Voor anesthesie is er de mogelijkheid je verder te ontwikkelen tot Sedatie Praktijk Specialist (SPS) of poli anesthesie medewerker.
Recovery verpleegkundigen krijgen een Persoonlijk Opleidings Budget (POB).
