Norman Regional Hospital ICU is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team.
This position offers comprehensive training for new graduate RNs and a 12-week orientation with a designated preceptor.
The ICU RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing nursing care interventions, and evaluating patient outcomes.
Qualified candidates should have a Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, and a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license is required.

New graduates will be required to complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program to ensure a smooth transition to professional nursing.
All required training and classes are provided by Norman Regional Hospital during employment.
