• Your Role as an Occupational Therapist*
As a vital member of our team, you will:
• Evaluate and treat patients to help them achieve their functional goals.
• Develop and implement new programs to benefit the community.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster strong communication with patients, their families, physicians, and fellow staff.
• Lead in-services to share your expertise with your colleagues.
• Supervise COTAs (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants) in accordance with state regulations.
• Support the efficient operation of the clinic.
• What You'll Bring* A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, state licensure.
