- Home Health RN for East Portland and surrounding areas.
• Shift arrangement is 8-hour days.
Facility cannot accommodate 4x10s or 3x12s.
• Patient visit ratio is 1:
1, with up to 6 patients per day and a standard of 30 productivity points.
• First-time applicants are welcome.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• Floating between like units is not required.
• Facility does not accommodate block schedules.
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius, with the same rate consideration.
• Traveler is expected to have their own transportation.
• The system groups clients well to minimize drive and windshield time.
Occasionally, a maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day is expected.
• Attire is business casual; scrubs are allowed but not required.
• Charting is done via EPIC Remote Client for Home Health and Rover phone app.
• Mileage reimbursement follows IRS standards.
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within a given state; refusal may result in assignment termination and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
• Communication devices needed for duties are provided as required, and related costs for cell phone use may be covered per agreement.
